Fiona Smith

Fiona Smith was HR Director and Board Executive Director with NHS Orkney where her strategic planning experience, governance and organisational development skills made a strategic management contribution.

Fiona's previous roles with Standard Life Edinburgh included 3 years as a customer services manager; 2 years as a marketing developing project manager; and 4 years as organisational development manager responsible for the operational and strategic management of a range of HR functions across Standard Life.
