Case Investigator
We are currently seeking a Case Investigator for the Investigations Team. As part of your role, you will manage an individual caseload of complaints to ensure they are dealt with in accordance with guidelines and in a timely fashion. You will consider and ascertain the facts of complaints and make suitable written recommendations to the Members of the SLCC's Board. In keeping with the SLCC’s overarching aims, you will also seek to resolve complaints through conciliation.
